No. You can fully attend and benefit from the workshop without a puppy. The optional playtime is only for those who already have a puppy.

This workshop is ideal for puppies up to 6 months old. It is best for puppies still in their critical socialization window (under 4 months) or for future puppy parents preparing before getting a puppy.

For puppies 6 months and older: You’ll still gain valuable insights, but the next recommended step may shift toward our Socialisation & Confidence Building Course.

Yes, you may reschedule up to 2 times, as long as you notify us at least 12 hours before the workshop starts. This is subject to availability of slots and priority will be given to original schedule holders.

The workshop fee is non-refundable, but the full fee is creditable toward any regular Paw Nation BGC training program per household.

No-shows are considered consumed and are no longer eligible for rescheduling or credit.

The best next course (Basic Obedience or Socialisation & Confidence Building) will be recommended by Barry after he assesses your puppy’s needs.

For the optional playtime, puppies should be vaccinated (at least first round) and in good health. We will collect this information after you purchase your voucher.

Since we are in pilot phase, the number is still a rough estimate until we figure out the most optimal size of class.

We will limit to around 5-10 participants for a more interactive and focused session or less.
